For customers. Current Voogle3.0 release is version 3.0.9. Current VoogleXL release is version 1.0.0.
Open Issues:
- Some users reporting issues logging into their account on Voogle 3.0 and VoogleXL. . (Fixed as of 10/29/11 @ 12 Noon EST)

UPDATE – 10/29/11:
- We have pushed a backend update (no download required) to all Voogle XL users. This update fixes a few items as listed below.
— Google Voice Number no longer appears as a ” } ” in the preferences
— Infinite initial loading of middle pane now loads in a matter of seconds.
— Login issues should be resolved. No need to change any passwords.







1. Constant error message about an error on Google’s end when loading messages (which do eventually load) and when trying to play the voicemail (which will not play.) Makes the app completely useless.

1. When selecting a contact, the number selection slide in never fully slides up and gets stuck and doesn’t let me chose my contacts number and will eventually put me back at the enter number screen.

1. Mostly the same as comment post #1. List of messags generally loads fine (or at least I haven’t noticed any problems — I can read the WONDERFUL gvoice transcriptions). But Constant error message about an error on Google’s end when when trying to play the voicemail (which will not play ever.) I have not tried the ‘change google password approach since this does not seem to be the same issue as the log in problem)

Any update to this Voogle 3.0.9 issue?
Bought the TouchPad version of the app today & running webOS 3.0.4. I’m unable to log in and I already have a Google Voice account, SINGLE step log-in, and changed my password. I realize I’m not the only one, but just letting you know some of my details. I’ve overclocked the TouchPad, doubt that’s relevant, but thought I’d throw that out there.

I’ve been trying to get the update via the software manager, but nothing pops up. Running v1.0.0 at the moment and not working- is that the most up to date version?
just an update, the issue of not being able to log in is still happening.
Having same problem . I enter my email address and password, which I know is right and I get error message. Message tells me I entered an incorrect address or password. Unable to use without logging in each time.. I have used it successfully on my TP previously.
1. Haven’t been able to log in to Voogle XL and have been trying since I bought it first day of release. I have google 2-step enabled but I have tried creating an application specific password and it won’t log in with the application specific password either. Changing my password on my google account doesn’t help either. I am currently on the latest version as of 10/28. Waited until the latest update before I posted…

You should try using the one-time single password. Traditional 2-step will not work (stated on the app description as well).

I also just purchased Voogle XL for touchpad today and get the spinning wheel “loading, please wait”. I have deleted my account from webos and changed the password in gmail and started over, but still cannot use the app.
Hi Greg, We just pushed a update. Please try again and let us know if the loading issue is still occurring. It should load the middle pane in about 10-20 seconds max.

1. Similar to described: Purchased Voogle XL, entered credentials into Voogle, Select phone number, hit Save, Stays on ‘loading’– have let it sit for 20+ minutes, multiple times, never loads.
-Have Changed Google password and tried again
-uninstalled, reinstalled, deleting account, etc.

Hey guys, there is still a spelling error in the VoogleXL sidebar. “Received” is the correct spelling
(not ‘Recieved’) It’s a common error

Looks like the spelling correction missed the list. Still incorrect in 1.0.4 (“Received”)
But app seems more responsive!
A contact or two have reported issues on their feature phones whereby messages are showing spaces as (the HTML code for “non-breaking space”). Has anyone else experienced this?
I was afraid the code wouldn’t be displayed. Just before the parentheses there should be: & n b s p ; (no spaces). In case it doesn’t show up, the nbsp; should be prefixed with an ampersand.
I’m experiencing the “email or password you have entered is invalid” issue. I’ve changed my google voice password, and I don’t use 2 step. Any ideas?

Voogle 3.0 for webos smartphones is down until further notice. Sorry for the inconvenience.

“Until further notice” is rather vague. Does that mean you’re never going to fix the issue?

Hello! New to Voogle here–
I’m sure it’s been answered somewhere, but my searches haven’t brought anything up. I’m trying to figure out why application specific passwords are a no-go for Voogle, when they work for everything else.
I’d really, really hate to lose two-step authentication just for this app. It may be a deal-breaker.
Updated to 3.1.1, and am able to log in and use Voogle. Thank you for fixing this issue.
Two issues I’m having on 2 Pre3:
1) After selecting a voicemail (either from Inbox or Voicemail), then backswiping to the list, I cannot select another voicemail. If I close Voogle and reopen, only then can I select another voicemail.
2) Selecting a voicemail from the Inbox will not display the voicemail transcript. Changing “folder” to Voicemail, then selecting a voicemail, will result in displaying the voicemail transcript.
