    • Yes; You should read and understand: http://www.palm.com/us/company/tandc.html
  • Will my device be Over The Air (OTA) Update compliant after the procedure?
    • Plussing: Yes. After Our service, your device will think it is a Sprint Pre (minus). You will then receive Sprint OTA Updates as soon as Sprint rolls them out. You will also be able to continue using Sprint Doctors to Doctor your device, just like before.
    • 2-ing: No
  • What shipping services are used?
    • UPS, FedEx or USPS.

    • Insurance is included for free with overnight and 2nd day shipping options. Insurance is optional for ground shipping and can be included for $5 if requested (Goods valued at $250).
  • Will I lose any Sprint specific applications?
    • Plussing: No. All Sprint apps and everything Sprint related will remain on your phone like your original Sprint Pre (minus). We can, however, remove those for you if you wish.
    • 2-ing: Sprint apps such as Navigation will not currently work on webOS 2.x. It is possible to add these applications manually. These include: Amazon MP3, Sprint TV, Sprint Navigation, etc.
    • webOS 2.x: When upgrading from webOS 1.x to 2.x, Sprint Apps will not be transfered. It is possible to add these applications manually. These include: Amazon MP3, Sprint TV, Sprint Navigation, etc.
  • Will my device ID still be the same?
    • Plussing: No. The device ID is related to the processor, not the comm board. Therefore, when we move your comm board to a Pre Plus, it will have a different processor and device ID. This may affect a few of your apps. Any app that automatically obtains a unique ID for you may be using your device ID. If you find an app does not recognize you anymore, just contact the developer and let them know.
    • 2-ing: Same as above.
  • Does either of the phones have to be activated first?
    • Plussing: No. Neither phone needs to be activated prior to the procedure. However, remember, to activate the device, you can not use the MEID from the new device. You must use it from the old device. This will be provided to you. Please do not lose it as you may need it later.
    • 2-ing: Yes, original phone you have should be activated. (e.g. Sprint Phone)
    • WebOS 2.x Upgrade: If any service you chose involves upgrading to webOS 2.x (e.g. on Legacy device), the original Sprint Pre should be activated prior to sending us the phones.
  • Is it possible for my new Sprint Pre Plus to experience issues reported by the Verizon Pre Plus model? (i.e. GPS/keyboard issues)
    • Plussing: No. While theoretically, this is possible, the many people who have performed this procedure have not experienced any such problems. It appears it is a software issue with the Verizon version of the Doctor.
    • 2-ing: Not likely.
  • Does my Sprint Pre need to be activated before sending in?
    • Yes
  • Will I be able to update my Sprint PRL on my new Sprint Pre 2?
